PettyCash Pro360 is a cloud-based petty cash management and expense tracking platform designed for businesses to manage petty cash transactions, approvals, reporting, and related financial records.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
- Ensure the accuracy of data entered into the system
Subscription and Access
Access to the platform is provided based on the selected subscription plan.
Zagit Solutions reserves the right to modify features, pricing, or subscription plans with prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All software, designs, trademarks, content, and intellectual property associated with PettyCash Pro360 remain the exclusive property of Zagit Solutions.
Users may not:
- Copy or reproduce the software
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Resell or redistribute the service without written authorization
Service Availability
While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability and may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency updates when required.
Limitation of Liability
Zagit Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
The total liability of Zagit Solutions shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by the customer during the preceding twelve months.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Misuse the platform
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
